Climatic temperature Test chamber of construction 4-1 Console Model Chamber: 4-1-1 The workspace is located at the left side or as to the user requirements;4-1-2 Refrigeration unit cabinet located in the right side;4-1-3 Electric control part is placed in the refrigeration unit cabinet, with operation panel on the front Chamber exterior is made of cold rolled steel with powder-painted, interior is stainless steel SUS304 #;4-1-4 Thermal insulation material is flame retardant polyurethane rigid foam, of 100-150mm thickness.
4-2 Refrigeration Unit Cabinet: 4-2-1 Located in the right side of the chamber, and refrigeration compressors are installed on its frame, 4-2-2 Special door for maintenance & repair is provided. 4-2-3 Acoustical boards are used for lowing noise to maximum limit.
4-3 Chamber door: 4-3-1 Single door or double door, or according to customer's requirement 4-3-2 Silicon rubber is used for high sealing effect, high / low temperature resistance, anti-aging, and good Sealed performance.
4-4 Lighting Device: two interior lights of 12W/36V, moisture-proof & explosion-proof, can be directly manual switch controlled from the outside. 4-5 Chamber Bottom: 4-5-1 Height distance to the floor is 200mm;chamber base board is slightly slant with drain hole for letting out the condensed water.
4-5-2 Interior chamber floor contains many stiffeners, to enable the floor load capacity ≥500. Kg / m2, wheel impact ability≥1MT;4-5-3 Movable entry ramp is provided.
5 Measuring and Control System with Drive-in Climatic Test Chamber : 5-1 High-accuracy platinum resistance is used for temperature and humidity measurement.
5-2 Central Control Unit: 5-2-1 LCD touch screen controller;5-2-2 Machine conversational mode is used for control system;5-2-3 Two lines of input & two lines of output control mode for controlling temperature and humidity separa;Can display set point, program curve, working time, and working condition of heaters, refrigeration units & fan.
5-2-4 Test procedure automatic operation and PID parameter self-tuning function;5-2-5 Can automatically combine the subsystem like heating system, humidification/dehumidification system, refrigeration system, circulation fan, super temperature alarming to operate, to ensure high quality of the whole temperature/humidity control system;5-2-6 Control system has automatic self-checking, self-diagnosis, fault display and alarming function.
