Product Name High Temperature Clear Transparent Fused Silica Quartz Glass Rod Material 99.99% Pure Quartz Crystal Color Transparent Size 1. Diameter: 1.5-450mm. 2. Length: 10-3500mm. 3. OEM: All different sizes can be done according to customer's demand.
Aplication Widely used in electric light source, electrical appliances (electric), semiconductor, Solar, optical communications, military industry, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, machinery, electricity, environmental protection and other.
Character of quartz rod: They are widely used in optical instrument, sight glass, observation window for furnace, semiconductor, photoelectron, military industry, metallurgy, and test for Lab. Advantage of Quartz rod: 1) High Temperature Resistance. 2) Good Thermal Stability. 3) Corrosion Resistance.
4)High purity :SiO2> 99.9% .5) Strong Insulation. 6) High Transmittance> 85%. 7)Size can be customized. High Temperature Resistance: The softening point temperature of quartz glass is about 1730ºC, which can be used at 1200ºC for a long time. The short time use temperature can reach 1450ºC.
Good Thermal Stability: Quartz glass coefficient of thermal expansion is small, can withstand drastic temperature changes, the quartz glass heated to about 1200 ºC, put room temperature water will not blow up.
Strong Insulation: The resistance value of quartz glass is equivalent to 10,000 times that of ordinary glass, which is a very good electrical insulation material and has good insulation performance at room temperature.
Good Light Transmittance: In the entire spectrum of ultraviolet to infrared wavelengths have good light transmission, visible light transmission rate of 93% or more in the ultraviolet spectrum region, the transmission rate of 80 or more.
