It is designed for evaluating the performance indicators of electronic instruments, materials, electrical equipment, vehicles, metals, electronic products, and various electronic components under high-temperature, high-pressure conditions, as well as for quality-control purposes.

If energized specimens are to be placed inside the chamber, use an external power source for the specimens;the chamber's internal power supply must not be used.

5 .1 Chamber Construction • Inner vessel material: 4 mm-thick 316# stainless steel • Outer housing material: 1.2 mm-thick cold-rolled steel sheet with powder-coat finish (default color: RAL 7035) • Insulation: rock wool • Configuration: integrated upper/lower design-control cabinet and test chamber form one unit • Mobility: swivel casters and leveling feet mounted on the base • Door system: front-to-back sliding door actuated by an electrically driven clamp-locking mechanism to ensure reliable sealing and safety 5 .2 Chamber Pressurization A sealed volume is heated to regulate the saturated-steam temperature, thereby precisely controlling the test-space pressure.
5 .3 Control Panel Temperature controller and main power switch. 5.4 Test Specimen Rack Made of 316# stainless steel, perforated and folded into a mesh tray. Convenient to use, height-adjustable;two trays supplied as standard.
5 .5 Power & Control Cabinet ain circuit breaker, temperature controller, power-distribution board, cooling fan, and over-temperature protector. 5 .6 Heating System Titanium-sheathed heaters (never rust) with P.I.D control to maintain accurate thermal equilibrium.
5 .7 Water Replenishment Large in-house water tank with automatic pump feed for uninterrupted long-term testing (no shutdown required for refilling). 5 .8 Pressure Relief Pressure is released by lowering the chamber temperature. 5 .9 Cooling Method Air-cooled.
