CZY-6S Lasting Adhesion Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the provisions of the national standard GB/T , and is suitable for adhesion testing of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, medical patches, self-adhesive labels, protective films and other products.
Features ★ Test plates and test weights designed in strict accordance with GB/T standards to ensure the accuracy of test data ★ The system is controlled by microcomputer with PVC operation panel ★ Membrane buttons and LCD display for quick test operation and data viewing.
★ Six test stations for simultaneous testing of multiple sets of test items ★ Automatic timing, locking and other functions further ensure high accuracy of test results ★ Automatic printing of test results for each station at the end of the test.
Principle The test plate with the sample is vertically hanged on the frame and its bottom is attached with a standard weight. The property of lasting adhesion can be obtained by measuring the displacement of the sample on a vertical test plate or the time to failure at a certain load.
Standards This test instrument conforms to many national standards: GB 4851, JIS Z0237, ASTM D3654.
