PROMED Laboratory Mini PROMED Portable PCR Plate Centrifuge Multiple Models for Lab DL-1010 The PROMED DL-1010 is a revolutionary mini Micro Centrifuge that comes with a swing-out rotor designed specifically for micro plates.
This centrifuge is perfect for laboratories performing PCR tests as it ensures all reagents are at the bottom of the wells for proper concentrations and improved yields. One of the most remarkable features of the DL-1010 is the swing-out rotor (patent pending), which is capable of securing two micro plates.
By adjusting the level and relative operation speed of the pendulum, the combined operation mode can obtain the optimal result. Furthermore, when the centrifuge lid is closed, plates can be securely installed without the need for sealing tapes or caps.
The rotor then accelerates and the centrifugal force "swings" the plates into a horizontal position. Most samples can be spun down in less than 20 seconds with a g-force of 600 xg, resulting in quick and efficient separation of samples.
To end a run, simply lift the lid, and the automated, electronic brake brings the rotor to a quick and smooth stop in 4 seconds. This allows for easy removal of plates from the rotor. The PROMED DL-1010 is an innovative solution for laboratories looking to improve their PCR testing process.
With its swing-out rotor and efficient operation, it provides a quick and reliable way to spin down samples in micro plates. This centrifuge is an ideal addition to any laboratory that requires fast, accurate, and efficient sample preparation.
