The HH Series anticorrosive graphite digestor is a laboratory sample-preparation instrument designed to perform digestion, acid evaporation, and cooling steps in high-concentration acid-mist environments.
It uses a graphite heating body to promote even heating across the digestion holes and provides staged temperature control for programmed processing. An automatic lifting mechanism raises the sample rack after the heating procedure so samples can dissipate heat away from the block.
The rack can also be positioned near the end of evaporation to help the operator observe samples approaching dryness. Sample status may be checked through the fume-hood window after raising the rack with the wired control or the stated Android-based ted HH Series configurations accommodate 16, 25, or 36 vessels.
Model-specific block openings include 32 mm, 42 mm, 44 mm, and 48 mm diameters;the 48 mm version is identified for beakers with a 46 mm outside diameter, while the 42 mm version is identified for beakers with a 40 mm outside diameter.
