The GC112A is a laboratory gas chromatograph designed for trace impurity analysis and other gas chromatography workflows. The listed configuration supports either a flame ionization detector (FID) or thermal conductivity detector (TCD), with space for up to two detectors.
Sample introduction options include packed-column or split injection, and the system supports up to three injectors. The 22 L column oven operates from 5°C above room temperature to 400°C.
It provides nine-step temperature programming, a total programmed time of up to 9999.9 minutes, heating rates from 0.1 to 60°C/min, and stated temperature accuracy of ±0.1°C. Injector and detector temperature ranges extend from 7°C above room temperature to 420°C.
A 7-inch color touch screen displays electronic gas-path flow and pressure values. Operating features include synchronous bidirectional control, one-key startup, automatic malfunction identification, system self-checking, memory for 20 sample test modes, and eight external-event interfaces.
An extendable external trigger can initiate the chromatograph and workstation from equipment such as an automatic sampler or thermal analyzer. RS232 and LAN ports are provided, and an N2000 chromatography workstation is listed.
