The W30 1 Water Vapor Permeability Tester is based on the gravimetric determination method and can be used to test the water vapor transmission rate of plastic films, composite films, sheets, and other materials used in the packaging, medical, and construction industries.
Features ★ 7 -inch color touchscreen with graphical user interface (GUI). ★ Equipped with a high precision weighing system, enhancing system sensitivity and stability. ★ This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the gravimetric method and meets the requirements of ASTM E96.
★ The new generation circular-structure test chamber design ensures a more uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. ★ The periodic weighing method and automatic zeroing before each measurement ensure the accuracy and consistency of test data.
★ Designed with an electric cylinder lifting structure and smoother running. ★ A wide range and high precision of automatic temperature and humidity control support various test conditions. ★ Innovative circulating dehumidification systems effectively prevent humidity gradients, ensuring accuracy.
★ Adjustable air velocity prevents water vapor from condensing on the test dishes, maintaining a constant humidity difference between the inside and outside of the test dishes.
★ The automatic self-calibrating system provides accurate measurements, eliminating the need for time-consuming and error-prone manual intervention, and promoting high performance and compliance. ★ A reference film for fast calibration ensures accurate and universal test data (optional).
★ The instrument is embedded with SAICHENG's latest operating software, featuring a user-friendly interface, in interface. Principle Using the gravimetric determination method, the tester creates a constant humidity difference between the two sides of the test specimen at a specified temperature.
Water vapor permeates through the specimen and moves to the dry side. By measuring the weight changes of the test dish over time, the water vapor transmission rate and other related parameters can be determined.
